About this artwork

About this artwork

Painted close and low, this piece fills the frame with the rear quarter of the number 6 Porsche Penske Motorsport 963: the white bodywork worked in thick, broken strokes, the red and black of the livery cutting across it, and the tyre and diffuser laid in with the same heavy knife texture so the car reads as paint before it reads as a photograph. A tight, muscular crop for anyone who follows the WEC and IMSA seasons, and a strong focal point above a desk, workbench or sim rig.

Pick your size above, from a compact desk print up to a large statement piece. Printed on heavyweight museum-quality art paper with a matt finish and shipped worldwide with tracking. Poster only; the frame is not included.
